Yes as long as it is publicly available info and you didn’t obtain it illegally. What exactly is vital info now days? Maybe your SSN but all of our basic info is easily found and available.

What happened to the days when our government knew how to take someone out quietly? Why all the fanfare? A simple accident would suffice.

The only shame is that you had to pass a law to stop idiots from interfering with a LEO when he is in a dangerous situation, and you are in the middle of it trying some ignorant "gotcha". They should have a buffer zone.

From the government (and much of the case declaring that to exist generally is being called into question by Clarence Thomas, just FYI).

The fella was arrested last year for protesting against Israel at USC. He lives with his mommie and daddie.

So tell me is this truthful, its was on the poster:

"These armed agents work in Southern California. ICE and HSI racially terrorize and criminalize entire communities with their policies. They kidnap people from their homes and from the streets, separating families and fracturing communities. Many people have died while locked up in jails, prisons, and detention centers," the posters say.

I don't see why that would be illegal and subject to criminal prosecution.

Uncouth? Subject to private-legal reprisals? yes.

Yeah I am sure a vaguely worded law won’t be abused by police. There already are laws for interfering with police.

That said, I don’t like ‘public indoxication’

I don't either.

But there are lots of things I don't like that aren't illegal. We're having a conversation about just that on the OT with the white trash lady from MN dropping N-bombs.

I don't. At least in terms of giving the state the ability to respond.

It's weird that the people who celebrate Trump's transparency and the revelations of DOGE don't think that same standard should be applied to other government actors (LEO).

Not really too weird. People love their own politics and are willing to lose all integrity in order to make a point. I, of course, am no better but the fact remains.

Possibly 50 USC 3121

Difficult to think of anything else requiring such a police presence.

The goal of doxing in this case is to cause harm to individuals be it the ICE agent or the family.

Actually you're right. Although that is the standard we're discussing here, the larger distinction is that we are talking about criminality.

I don't think posting personal information should be illegal. If you're talking about within the context of this website, this is a private website and that is against the rules of the website. That won't get the police knocking at your door, though

Doxxing itself should be a crime as it has intent to harm someone by publishing private information. In this case, it poses a real threat to the officers of ICE.

This chord probably cheered the full-on SWAT raids of Trump and Stone, but now is a whiney "that's too much" bitch when it's performed on something he agrees with.

Dizz its not whether they can legally obtain it or post it, Its the intent, and the intent is clear, look at what was written on the poster.
