Could A Bombshell Discovery Render All of Biden's Presidential Actions 'Null and Void'?

The Biden presidency might have been the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the American people. A shocking investigation by the Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project has revealed that virtually every document bearing Joe Biden's signature during his presidency was signed by an autopen — except for one.
What makes this revelation particularly damning is that the only document confirmed to have Biden's actual signature was his letter announcing his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race. Let that sink in for a moment.

I think there was tons of legitimacy to the idea that Biden wouldn’t be fit to stand trial

It certainly looked that way to many of us in real time.

It would be great if they could do this. Probably a longshot, but I would LOVE for every judicial nomination made by Biden to be considered null and void. From the non-biologist all the way down.

Would love to believe this would happen, even if there were audio and visual proof he didn't sign anything or make any decisions, but I can't help but believe it'll never be allowed to happen.

If this is true and could be reversed it would be the biggest win in the history of government.

It's almost as if his entire presidency was an obvious farce like many have been claiming the entire time.

Would love to know how the auto pen became ok to use...
In the article, it said something about Obama being on vacation and used it to sign a bill into law.
I fail to see how that is legal.

What about all the videos of him signing different bills?

The problem is that the Constitution (in the 25th) provides the remedy, and that remedy was not utilized in real time.
The Constitution simply does not provide a mechanism to go back and retroactively nullify years of executive actions. No Court (even a relatively-conservative SCOTUS) is going to create such a mechanism from thin air.

they should work a deal where Trump throws in Barrett as a trade.

Presidents have been using autopens since the 50s.

He would have to admit that.

Can you e-signature executive orders and laws?

And not a damn thing will be done.
I hate the performative and manipulative “impeach” crap that is becoming too common. Most of it is just political posturing.
Biden’s competence, though, is absolutely a legitimate question. Aside from the actual performance of the job, it strikes at the very heart of trusting representative government.
And yet the adult Republicans in Congress will not do a fricking thing.

shhhh
but esignatures are legal in every state, territory and DC.
I think Biden would have to challenge the signature.

If others used this auto/pen and not the President (such as Jill or a cabinet executive and basically forged his signature on documents I think the charge will hold merit depending on forensic evidence obtained and a valid whistle blower.

Indeed.

I’ve been saying this for a few years. Some state AG’s should’ve started the court battle in 2021

United States v. Throckmorton would love a moment of your time.

It would take Joe Biden saying I didn't authorize this signing.
