The rule requires all health centers receiving section 330(e) grant funds and participating in the 340B drug-pricing program to make insulin and epinephrine available to low-income patients at or below the cost the health center purchased them through the 340B drug-pricing program.
So, when a health care facility receives GOVERNMENT FUNDS, they are required to adhere to certain policies.
It would be like a public school receiving government funds in order to provide FREE or REDUCED Lunch to its students, then charging those students full price anyway. That is not a "free market". That is abusing government funds.
Common sense should tell you it is necessary to regulate and monitor those participating in programs that give them federal grants, especially when those funds are supposed to benefit citizens.

Dems opposed (at least nominally) the outsourcing of jobs that destroyed the rust belt and fought for union protections of these workers rights. The unions got corrupt as shite and the Dems sat on their asses while formerly great cities like Detroit, Pittsburg and Baltimore saw their industries shut down and out sourced. Combine that with Dems supporting the mass third world immigration and its not hard to see why they lost a lot of blue-collar workers. But Trump was the first Republican to actually have sympathy with their plight and it was his policies that helped secure the flip. Ohio will likely be red for the foreseeable future simply because Trump said we should stop moving these industries to Mexico, China and India.

Early in his Presidency Biden put a 60 day delay on a late December 2020 Trump EO relating to Rxs that had yet to go into effect and only impacted FQHCs. Is that what y'all are talking about?

Really quite concerned about this country. Certainly feels that we have a propaganda machine and only one view is presented.
I’m confident that if we had a truly informed voting base, Democrats would lose most elections in a landslide.

None. Trump Adm. assisted in bringing the cost down in 2017-18, but he wrote tweets so Biden.
