Senator John Cornyn has just publicly exposed a deep state, highly classified secret, outlining to Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin that the United States has indeed been operating the Ukraine targeting system against Russia all along. This has major implications.

Option #3 – Again, assuming he’s not made a mistake. Senator John Cornyn has just exposed that elements within the United States government are controlling military operations and operating without the knowledge of President Donald Trump and Secretary of state Marco Rubio.

One thing is very clear, someone from Vladimir Putin’s office is very likely calling someone in the White House chain of command to gain clarity. Maybe that ‘friction’ and/or ‘deconfliction’ problem is the reason Cornyn wants to kick sand?
