I'm part of a lot of libertarian facebook communities, and I've seen people and pages suspended or banned for posting some stuff that really isn't that edgy. In that world it's called getting "zucc'ed" (after Mark Zuckerberg).

The average conservative in this country has not suffered even so much as a single slight inconvenience related to their political or religious views in their entire lives.
I freely discuss my political views in mixed company all the time, including at work, and not once have I ever been discriminated against, felt embarrassed or been inconvenienced.
The political extremes on both sides are just that, extremes. Most regular people on both sides in this country are respectful. The media tries to create conflict by shining light on the worst each party has to offer.

Under Oregon law, businesses cannot discriminate or refuse service based on sexual orientation, just as they cannot turn customers away because of race, sex, disability, age or religion.
The Oregon Equality Act of 2007 includes an exemption for religious organizations and schools, but does not allow private business owners to deny service and unlawfully discriminate against potential customers.
If you're going to be a business owner maybe you should follow the laws in the state you choose to do commerce in.
If that's a problem maybe you should choose to do business elsewhere.
