The merits of DACA aside, you're a dishonest idiot. How is Trump worried about "hanging onto power" exactly? No matter what happens with DACA he's President until 2020. At least.

Stopped reading here.

DACA in itself is unconstitutional. Where were you complaining about Obama not being concerned with "rule of law"?

GTFO here.

All I can see is that it came from the WP.

Whoever 'she' is, she is no conservative with a statement like this:
quote:

The party of Lincoln has become the party of Charlottesville, Arpaio, DACA repeal and the Muslim ban. Embodying the very worst sentiments and driven by irrational anger, it deserves not defense but extinction.

Screw her with your dick - so neither of you can enjoy the experience.

To be fair, pretty much everyone is to the left of this board. It's a regular alt-right fiesta up in dis bitch.alt -right is an apt description in this case.

Why can't these "kids" go back and make their home countries awesome with their awesomeness?

This is an interesting thought - they have seen what the American culture can be and how it attracts people from all over the globe.

They have been inoculated with that system - put it to work in their parents' homeland - the place they endured hardship to escape. Help make the land of their heritage another beacon of hope for the world.

They have been given a great gift by living the American experience - they are not citizens of America - they are citizens of where their parents originated. Go back there and be a real influence for good.

I'd love for you to define "right" and "alt-right" and explain your reasoning for your analysis of this board within those definitions.

If Congress can push a amnesty bill quickly, while they can't do shite for Americans. Bloodbath!!!!

This is the damned truth - I will contribute to the primary challenge of any conservative opposing any GOP who supports any kind of amnesty.

The f'n DEMs have gotten everything they want - more and more underclass voters, class division and violence, creating more racial divides, knee-capping the American poor by importing cheap labor, blaming it all on conservatives.

I am done with any GOPer who cannot bring themselves to stand up for American ideals, and continue to devolve the American experience towards a 3rd world shithole that these aliens are risking their lives to escape.

When America falls, where will they go?

you need to modify = "everyone I care about is to the left of this board"

I don't even know what "alt-right" means - and furthermore I don't give a shite what it means.

I have been what I am today for over 60 years.

What has really changed in those 6 decades is the DEMOCRAT party.

YOUR party has been hijacked by an evilly deranged radical left wing socialist cabal.

The only changes to the GOP has been to be dragged into the DEM party delusion.

And you know it. You are evil if you support their current agenda.

Look, I get the premise of DACA. These children didn't do anything wrong when they were uprooted and brought here illegally.

On the flip side, I am against any system that encourages people to immigrate here illegally now because their children or future offspring will forever be allowed to remain in the United States.

If John or Jane Doe thinks the better choice is to immigrate here illegally so their children can have a better future, all they need to do is look next door at the former Dreamer who can't speak a word of the native language struggling to get by hundreds or thousands of miles away from what they call "home."

It's a harsh system, but if you don't have real, viable deterrents to illegal action, then the system persists and we are forgiving thousands of illegal immigrants every 20 years.

I'm sorry, but DACA needs to go. The US is one of two countries that permits birthright citizenship. Canada is the other.

So progs, explain to me why other more progressive countries don't allow this? Why don't your models for the progressive agenda allow this, yet the US is supposed to?

Look, if the US were sitting on mountains of surplus cash, then I'd say we could talk about taking on more financial burdens to help those in need. But as of now, we can't afford it, and we definitely don't need to reward those who break the law. Period.

The Left wants to label everything a "right" these days as its call to action for furthering its political agenda: the RIGHT to "free" healthcare; the RIGHT to "free" education, the RIGHT to citizenship, the RIGHT to...and it just keeps going on and on.

The reality? WE CANNOT AFFORD IT. We are overextended. That's putting it simply and nicely.

So where do we cut to afford the burden of more illegal aliens, progs? Education? Healthcare? Welfare? Soc Security? Transportation? Defense? You literally cannot have it all. We cannot keep running up debt for your "feel good" agenda.

She sounds like a Paul Ryan follower to me, which means she is not conservative.

BTW, Charlottesville only became a problem when the violent leftists showed up. There is no Muslim ban. The President has full authority to pardon anyone he pleases.

Wapo does not hire any conservatives. What they label as a 'conservative' on their staff is someone who is not an active member of the Communist Party.
