Conquered lands aren’t the same thing as stolen lands

A group who is in possession of land that another group wants has the ability to compete and maintain possession. If they lose this competition then the land wasn’t stolen.

No, they are, because we both live in a society with a social contract that prohibits mugging, defines it as stealing (robbery, to be more precise) and has laws against it accordingly.
What was the agreed upon social contract we had with Native Americans? Or anybody else at that time, for that matter?

I have the same opinions of the people who sold the land that these proposed mosque cities are under contract for.

You sir, just explained the whole of human history....seriously, you really are not far off at all. Think about it, Saxons invade England, displace the Native Britons. Saxons then have to deal with Viking types who gain a foothold which opens it up to their cousins who had gotten land in coastal France not too terribly long before. Franks move into Gaul, Lombards into N.Italy displacing Italian ( Roman) types. Turks supplant Greeks in Anatolia. European Jews push out Palestinian Arabs in what is now Israel.

I disagree. But I also don’t think that every acre of stolen land in history should be reparated / restituted. Talk about unwinding a mess.

I guess from the point that conquering is expensive and takes great effort and hard work, one could argue that it was earned.
