I dont think its at all an exaggeration based on the progressives I know very well to say that a major portion of the democratic base isn’t just post constitutional, they’re post American.
They loathe traditional American values.
They loathe constitutional freedoms.
They loathe their political opposition.
They prefer European worldviews to ours.
We have a faction within our nation of between 30-40% who no longer share anything in common with the other 45% and a portion in the middle just kind of trying to get along so they can play on their phones.
