You think cops or undercover agents who encouraged protestors to enter the building could be part of the same "enterprise" as the raid on MAL? Good luck with that theory.at theory.

I'm only interested in Michael Leroy Byrd and above getting the appropriate justice for their crimes committed.
OK. Why hasn't his case been reopened under Trump 2.0? Why would you delay that? Byrd wasn't even interviewed. How can they conclude he was acting in self defense or in defense of others?
Byrd cleared without being interviewed

Some obvious crimes remain: Officer Harry Dunn's perjury in the Oath Keepers case; Liz Cheney's admitted witness tampering, etc. But, I haven't heard anything about DOJ investigations.
The murder of Ashli Babbitt by CHP Officer Michael Byrd has no statue of limitations.
From my understanding, any murder charge is unlikely because he was inexplicably "cleared of criminal wrongdoing" even with video evidence that he shot an unarmed woman in the throat at near-point-blank range while completely ignoring the universally taught and practiced "escalation of force" protocols...
But it is my understanding that Byrd isn't out of the woods for potential civil litigation. I'd tell Ashli's widower to "strike while the iron is hot", since it just came to light that Byrd's wife appears to have used "daycare fraud" to illegitimately receive government funding for nothing. fricking bury them all.

You don't know that it hasn't.
Did they telegraph the fact that Maduro was given a free helicopter ride in the middle of the night?
Hell, they didn't even tip their hand on the NBA betting sting until they had folks in handcuffs.
Stop listening to people who draw arbitrary lines in the sand and then pitch conniption fits when the administration doesn't meet those imaginary demands.
And it the above describes you - quit it.
Either you get desired results (justice) on an undesirable timeline, or you can have undesirable results on an acceptable timeline. Can't have both, and your hopes and dreams for how this all plays out doesn't impact the actual timing any more than today's horoscope would.
Grow the frick up and let Trump & team cook.

The DC SOL for personal injury claims is 3 years, so I don't see what he could be sued for. A claim under 1983 would follow that 3 year SOL, too.

I don't get my outrage from others. There were MANY prosecutable crimes against police and agents provocateur arising out of J6 which won't be prosecuted now.
Posted on 1/6/26 at 3:07 pm to Timeoday
What's so funny? You think there weren't agents provocateur among the J6 protestors?
Posted on 1/6/26 at 3:09 pm to IvoryBillMatt
I think these guys are clamoring for charges for the J6 committee and/or staffers.
That’s what Harmeet’s tweet was referencing with the dates.

Their is no Satute of Limitations on Treason.
How is it "treason", Moron?
Per the Constitution, that you libtards love to misquote:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."
The wikipedia definition doesn't count...

My goodness… are you people really gonna make me put down my knitting and explain Statutes of Limitation to you?! FFS
quote:
Ok.
* Stuff happens Jan 6 2021. This date is IRRELEVANT to prosecuting conspiracy or other wrongdoing re weaponazation (general 5 year statute)
* Jan 6 committee in Congress forms in the summer. This is a relevant date (SOL mid 2026 potentially)
* Jack Smith appointed over a year later as special counsel in November … statute runs on his obvious shenanigans late 2027
* Democrats in Congress and those in the states colluding with Biden WH hide their behavior, some of which STILLL HASN’T come to light! Statute
runs on this five years after their
concealed behavior is known to the government. This means the statute could run in the next administration.
STOP POSTING CLICKBAIT BS!!! You are being used!
quote:
A relevant (but not the only) SOL is 18 USC § 3282, catch all statute of five years.
Harmeet is actually investigating election fraud and DEI abuse. There is litiation pending and she makes shite happen. If only she were the actual AG instead of just the Civil Rights Division head. She knows of what she speaks. Do not doubt her.

It’s almost, almosttttt as if the Founders specifically defined treason in the Constitution because they knew how much the in group liked to accuse the out group of *treason*
It’s strange that a bunch of originalists don’t understand that, right?

I don't know why she was being so snarky about that. There were plenty of apparent offenses committed by people other than J6 committee members and/or staffers.

The fact you think luck is needed or to even think they really want to broaden the "enterprise" to include the fellas you described.

As of today, all those Leftist fakes are no longer subject to prosecution.

Homicide doesn't have a statute of limitations.

Yup. I wasn't talking about people who murdered people (I think Byrd and the officer who beat Rosalind Boyland to death should be tried.) I was talking about the federal agents embedded in the crowd...hence the name "Fedsurrectionists."
