He’ll probably expand his lead over Paxton. He will win because of the sympathy vote of women.

She’s 100% right. If Talafreako wasn’t in the psych ward, then he’s even more of a beta and weak then we thought.
Dems are going to lose by double digits in Texas and Trump and JD will gain a based Paxton in the Senate.

Mental health facilities are a bit different. They are very strict on phone calls to and from patients. You have to be on the patients call list, and it’s typically just one contact person.
How do you know that to be true?
Here is the Hippa rule I just read.
"You can call and ask for a patient by name. HIPAA permits hospitals to connect callers with patients when applicable privacy requirements are satisfied.
The patient has privacy rights. The patient can restrict whether the facility acknowledges their presence or accepts calls for them.
The facility may transfer your call. If the patient has permitted contact and there are no restrictions, connecting you generally does not violate HIPAA."
What if there was a restriction and the person answering made a mistake. Or since patient no longer there no longer under same restriction. Or the operator is a good citizen and thought she was performing her civic duty?

Talafreako could clear this up nicely by simply being transparent about his whereabouts.
Posted on 10/11/26 at 2:12 pm to mwade91383
talafreako knows everyone thinks he was in the loony bin. Knowing that why haven't they posted proof where it was?
Just accept it, silence screams Psych ward!

So yeah that’s a violation of HIPAA.
True.

Unclear. It wouldn't be the first or last time that an employee screwed up, inadvertently or purposefully.
Tired, older employee? They could be lax and make a mistake (that will probably cost them their job).
If the campaign wants to stamp out speculation, he should have paperwork that will list date, time, name, and diagnosis, from that Urgent Care(?) that he attended for treatment. Post that and it answers that question definitively and ruins Nick Sortor's career.

Did they also remove his gerbil?

That presumes that all mental health facilities have the same rules and procedures or that nothing has changed in "years."

When did the GOP become so utterly pathetic??
Probably around the time many of them overtook leftists/Democrats as the side that hangs of every word of grifter “influencers” and Tweeter handles. Half of whom are probably faceless Chinese bots.
Texas primary voters really gave us these two garbage turds as the choice for U.S. Senate. Wow. Just wow.
Maybe Mexico should just go ahead and take us over.

Nope, just very online RW weirdos out of state or people who weren’t going to vote for him anyway. The usual.
Those internals must be truly woeful.

Well here are the HIPPA rules, again, that clarify and show that it is possible.

Given that dems were fine with an incapacitated president for 4 years, I guess it’s not surprising that you would be fine with Talafreako disappearing for 2 weeks in the final stretch of a senate race.

So to be clear….
Every major news outlet has had wall to wall coverage of the TX Senate race couldn’t get any confirmation about the clearly fake Talarico Ohio story.
BUT the hospital in question broke the law to talk about a patient’s medical history to Nick Sortor of all people!??
People. WTF are we doing here?

I did a little research and apparently this journalist ran with a tip from an unknown person who left an anonymous message claiming such. What has happened to real journalism?

So why post it if you know it's not true and cause me to do all of that typing?
I read the op as someone that works at the hospital leaked the info not the hospital officially confirming it

I can’t stand that soy fake piece of shite, but, this seems fishy and a definite HIPAA violation. Let’s see how this plays out.
