I understand I’m talking with a pigeon hovering over the chessboard looking to spray his guts all over the place, but just google “Counterman v Colorado” and read it. Come back and ask us questions about anything that’s fuzzy for you.

Trump is so overmatched by the Dems. They kick his a$$ at every turn. I'm pretty impressed they have the stamina to keep up pressure on him.

He can't conduct a war the way he wants
Dems & RINOs piss in his cereal with every significant legislation
Still waiting for life prices to go down

Trump was far better in term 1.

I truly believe he knows there isn't enough evidence to win a guilty verdict for 8647?

I shudder at the prospect of someone, or worse - some people, with that type of mentality wandering around in society amongst regular people just innocently trying to navigate life, like normal people do.

Oh horseshite

The legal "profession" works however the frick the given lawyers want it to work.

You know that, but since you are a lawyer you lie as easily as you breathe.

Tell me why Comey shouldn't be harassed in every way imaginable. He followed no rules himself.

Correct. Just like judges who are public servants somehow along the way received god powers.

You are correct . This isn’t the way it is supposed to work . But Trump didn’t start this style of politics … the democrats did . And the only way to get this crap to end is to go after them as hard and mean and ruthless as they go after you . At the very least you make them defend themselves at trial so that even without a conviction you use up their supply of cash . You attack on every front , no matter how small
It’s the Sean Connery rule from the Untouchables . “ they pull a knife , you pull a gun . They send one of yours to the hospital , you send one them to the morgue “

One day , maybe , we can go back to playing nicey nice . But not today . Not until the democrats and the deep state people that orchestrated all this beg to stop and promise that this is not the way in the future

This is probably just lawfare, and I’m all for it. It’s time for the Republicans to practice that as much as possible. They have to fight fire with fire or the terrorist Democrats will never stop.

I will add, however, that this could well be a sign that the grand jury may be dropping superseding indictments against Comey... possibly even against others involved in dirty shenanigans in other matters.

You couldn't possibly be any more wrong. Your post shows that you apparently have no idea what the true dynamic here truly is. If you did, you would understand that Trump isn't just fighting the Democrats. He's fighting against the entire corrupt system.

Trump didn't even need the Dems in order for Congress to pass the Save Act. So, why didn't the Save Act get passed? Because of corrupt REPUBLICANS like John Thune. Hell, in Trump's 1st term neither Mitch McConnell or lyin' Paul Ryan were for Trump. Guess what? They're both REPUBLICANS.

Some of you people have no idea how entrenched our corrupt system is, and how hard it's fighting to destroy President Trump.

PS - And I didn't even mention corrupt judges like Boasberg, or the Globalist bastards who are funding everything from "No Kings" to attempting to disrupt the 250th celebration. Obtw, did you notice the heat that an NFL quarterback is taking for simply introducing President Trump at an event? When did that ever happen with Obama or Biden, or even George Bush?

You people need to buy a vowel and get a clue.
