Is this a fair characterization of what he said? I heard him on Napolitano and he said Ukraine may collapse as a nation - not that it was a given.

Of the 3rd of the country that has fled, it includes "the ghost of the skies" "the 80 year old sharpshooter that shot down a ballistic missile, and a couple of tic tok dancers.
Bout the only thing left is a money grabbing leader and his shopaholic wife...both with your money.

Yes. Ive listened to almost every interview he has done and he is certainly way out of line with the narrative we are fed.
I mean clearly this war has not unfolded as Russia planned but the possibility still remains that they can get their act together.
Someone is going to be very wrong.
Col. Macgregor did seem the be the first to say a Russian offensive is coming real soon. This now seems to be reported from multiple sources.
