This was known yesterday very early on.
Also: the latest is Trump calling a nat emergency is not set in stone but it is on the table.
(With the politics of this being: the dems want him to declare an emergency; then they will sue him and scream impeachment but they would do this no matter what Trump does.)

Why is this new? There's always a response from the other side whenever a president has his speech. This is a stupid post.
