In my professional opinion, someone didn’t white balance the cameras to adjust for the color temperature change from the daylight/dusk light from the sun to the stage lights only when the sun set. It still wouldn’t affect the evil nature of the imagery.
I wonder which network was the pool feed for this event.

That's what I've been saying. This speech was planned for weeks and I know for a fact there is NOTHING that is not planned in an event like this (no matter who the Prez is). They knew exactly what they were doing by making it a dark, dingy, Hitleresque looking speech with two Marines standing directly behind him.
