CMS is about to cripple the healthcare industry and it's not being talked about or address

Their fricking bullshite mandate threatening hospitals that receive Medicaid/Medicare reimbursements with Immediate Jeopardy on Conditions of Participation is about to become this nation's biggest problem and it's getting ZERO coverage.
Hospitals are being forced to mandate Billy G's magic juice on their staff. If they don't comply by Jan 5 their reimbursements will be pulled.
Hospitals are ALREADY vastly under staffed and that's about to be compounded exponentially. The vax rate where I work is about 50%. My three peers in town average in the high 40's. People aren't backing down.
NONE of the current lawsuits or injunctions are addressing this and it's about to be a huge fricking problem when hospitals don't have enough doctors and staff to keep their facilities running.
This is about to be a BIG mess.

Is there no lawsuit against this yet? I heard an interview Louisiana AG earlier this week and I think I heard him say that was the next suit that would be filed this week with the first being against OSHA.

Longue I upvoted only because I agree with it being all by design ... I'm always torn on up or down .. up meaning I agree and down meaning I don't like it.
It's going to suck ... our facility is giving signing bonuses to CNAs as well as nurses ... I've NEVER seen that.

So I just listened to an interview that Jeff Landry did with Greg Kelly and Landry did indeed say that they're loading up the lawsuit regarding CMS position. It's on FB on his page if anyone wants to listen .. it's toward the end.

I think that's common now. We are as well. We have staff generally and are 80% vaccinated, but are spending TONS on overtime, extra shift bonuses (including CNAs), and sign on bonuses. We also give current employees referral bonuses if they refer someone who is hired.
Nursing is like a merry go round from hospital to hospital chasing those sign ons. It's going to have to end though, because they have to stay 2 years or they owe money back.

Another side note issue to Uncle Brandon. Is locally it is in the news that local schools are so over run from illegals & yankee transients escaping NY taxes...
They had to bring in trailers to school them all. Yesterday they ran out of food subsidies from Uncle Brandon-to feed and provide after-school daycare.
ER's will be overran with illegals in already pushed to the limit local hospitals.

Oh it’s common but the company that owns the facility is cheap as hell. I’ve been consulting there 14 years this coming January and they’ve never done it.
