But Congressmen are granted high level security clearances to be able to review classified material (oftentimes in the “scif” location, generally speaking) however they then are bound to not disclose nor discuss with anyone else who doesn’t have the same required security clearances, i.e. us. So it’s quite feasible that he has seen firsthand evidence that gives him confidence to make the claim to begin with, but unfortunately can’t get anymore specific about it. Just spitballing about what could be realistic explanations to consider as well.

I would absolutely love to know how this is possible. I assume this guy has a lawyer and that lawyer has filed a habeas corpus action against the government. I would also add that the taking of private property is not allowed as well, even if in prison.
