She had the mental clarity to gather her three children, to bring them to a location in the house, to place them in positions, to grab a cable, wrap that cable around a defenseless babies neck, strangle that baby for the time necessary to end their life, and repeat that process two more times. That's not a black out, mindless thing. And people were cheering for her. I'm way beyond understanding what's happening in the world right now.
I absolutely agree that she should be found guilty of murder but people who are suicidal plan their deaths all the time. Look up David Foster Wallace.

Not guilty verdict or mistrial; she walks either way. It’s up to the prosecutor to re-try. Heard it was 11-1 for not guilty and one guilty vote that would not cave in.

"I strangled my 3 children to death because _____"
It doesn't matter what comes next, you deserve the death penalty. Period.
No legitimate civilization would ever allow otherwise.

I don't care if it's real or not. Arguing over whether or not hormones effect your emotions is a red herring sideshow.
A person should always be held responsible for their actions, I don't care wtf you're dealing with, there is no excuse ever for what she did.

Also, apparently her ex is very supportive of her.
What are the odds that those kids weren’t even his? He sounds like a cuck to me.

She is in a state psych facility. she will remain there until the State decides to 1. try her again, or 2. accepts a plea agreement, or 3. drops the charges.
How the hell do you drop charges and let the killer of 3 kids walk among us?

Are you saying that 99.99% of women think there should be no consequences for strangling their children?

Whatever the % is, it’s much higher than zero and that should be an indictment on all women. These same morons also think a woman can be POTUS one day, but, they aren’t responsible for mass murder because “muh post partem”. As Dave Chappelle said, “ if pussy was a stock, it would be plummeting right now.”

The defense position is that she caused the deaths while in the grip of postpartum psychosis (hearing a commanding voice, feeling she had no choice, etc.) and therefore should not be found criminally responsible.
Amazing how those voices just went away as soon as she killed them isn’t it?

First responders were already there when he found the kids.
What does that have to do with anything?
If she was still there. He should have done what any legit dad would have done.

Simply unrealistic. Would have made it look like he did all of it.
