A few things of importance:

1 Boynton Beach Florida is predominantly white although liberal

2 the cities damages are capped at a statutory amount that used to be 100,000 I think it’s 150,000 now anything over has to be a claims bill made with the state

In other words this Mayor believes because black folk may have been treated wrong at sometime in the past then young black kids should be able to break the law and ride illegal vehicles on public streets. While also not abiding by the traffic laws that other members of the public must follow.

so this is failed parenting, did not teach the kid to stop at a police siren, i failed too see why its the police fault, while yes he was scare, because the parent taught the kid to run. when breaking the lasw, i failed to see why its the police fault, its the parents fault. the mayor only looking for votes.

According to the family, Davis received the dirt bike as a Christmas gift. However, he was not of legal age to ride it in the state of Florida. A dirt bike is considered an “off-highway vehicle” and the operator must be the minimum age of 16, according to state law. OMG!!! right there shows bad parenting, they said he is a honor kid?? BS!! honor kids dont go out breaking the law!!!!

According to the standards set by the left, shouldn’t the dirt bike be blamed for the death just like the car ran over those people at the parade was to blame.
