What sources say that? From what I’ve read the guy is still alive and in stable condition

frick your referendum. We talk about the decay of society yet don't actually recognize it in real time. If this piece of shite walks, I don't want to hear one chortle about how shitty we've become as a people.
As far as the court of public opinion is concerned, frick this scumbag and his clownshow.

+ 1, good post. And the first person to say the words “First Amendment” should lose their internet connection. 1A is wholly inapplicable here in this interaction between two non-governmental actors.

Biggest problem is he allegedly said before the incident that he wanted to go instigate people until they fight, and then he'd shoot them. If that is indeed true and they have the video, that's premeditation and he's fricked.

No. Allowing this two tiered justice system to continue. This was legit self defense and yet he’s held on bond. Karmelo Anthony stabbed a kid in the chest and killed him. Let out on bond.
Dejuan brown stabbed a random white girl in the neck with four other blacks around at the time. None of them did anything to help. Dejuan had 14 prior convictions and was out on the streets. Found incompetent.
What must be done is uncomfortable, but if we want society to ever get better something must be done.

If the dude was rolling around like he normally did calling people n word and all that jazz…maybe not. Doesn’t make it right but I can see how his normal behavior played for a jury could affect this. If he was at the courthouse for legal purposes and was confronted, you could be right.
This guy is a troublemaker, but there is absolutely an avenue that he really didn’t do anything wrong and could be be completely vindicated legally.

He created the problem, solved it with a gun, and pretends he's an innocent victim.

I agree this is pertinent, but what evidence do we have on this at this point?

Yep, if its true I think he's screwed.
Sometimes a guy just needs his arse kicked. Maybe if someone had legitimately whipped his arse in the past, he may have learned his lesson.

Google says this guy is one of those Johnny Somali/Jack Doherty types. If he's as bad as they are and there's a lot of footage of his previous work, he's beyond fricked.

Chudthebuilder is exposing to the world the myth of white privilege.

What’s the law say about him starting it by being a pos?
I was just thinking. If we get in trouble for shooting an intruder after he has run a few steps, shouldn’t shooting someone who attacks you from the back after you’ve walked away be ok, even if you were the original aggressive count?
The initial crime is over. The original criminal is in retreat. You can’t just physically attack them can you? How do you not fear for your life if being attacked from the back after walking away?
Idk.
frick this Chud guy though. He’s a pos no matter how you slice it.

So you’re actually saying that it’s ok to attack someone because of their words? Got it

I have no idea. I didn’t know who this guy was until Petti started the first thread.
Did some twitter searching and while he’s not my cup of tea, he’s owed due process like everyone else.
But like the Mall of La. Shooter, the analysis changes when there is probable cause and an arrest and then bail comes into play.
Objectively, he fired a gun in a public space and injured two people, and maybe killed one. He may ultimately be vindicated, but it’s a little disingenuous to rage about a two-tiered system at this point.

No but I do understand human nature, which you seem to disregard.'
