I don’t care what names someone is called or how they are verbally disrespected, there is no excuse for violence. If that person answers name calling with physical violence, the physical aggressor is at fault. Recognize it for what it is, some idiot who wants attention, and laugh the guy off. Whatever happened to self control?

I’m not sure. I’m just basing it off the pattern we all know.

One of the things that distinguishes humans from animals is self control. What you’re describing is animalistic. Hurting someone’s feelings doesn’t justify attacking them.

Some groups have been conditioned to treat any disrespek as reasons to attack someone.

Biggest problem is he allegedly said before the incident that he wanted to go instigate people until they fight, and then he'd shoot them. If that is indeed true and they have the video, that's premeditation and he's fricked.

Exactly.

I got downvoted for saying the same thing, but it's kind of obvious.

If he really did put it out on the web beforehand that his goal was to bait someone into a physical altercation so that he could shoot them, he's going up the river.

This is going to be very fact specific on their interaction, but I’m not sure I have an obligation to let a provocateur continue to engage me in my personal space until or unless he throws the first punch.

Dejuan brown stabbed a random white girl in the neck with four other blacks around at the time. None of them did anything to help.

A black man tended to her if I remember correctly, but yeah, the others either left her to bleed or they ran away in panic.

It was shameful.

Humans lose self control, every single one of us does many times.

Thats a great little sentence, but it doesnt address reality.

Chud posted an X tweet like a week before saying he was going to start shite. Its screenshots are floating around on X even though it was deleted.

He’s fricked. That’s basically fed-posting. The prosecution will most certainly use that against him.

No one said you aren’t allowed to be upset, or to respond with your own choice of words. But to attack as a form of response isn’t justified.

So if a boss fires someone for being late, they should be self aware that there’s a possibility that person they just fired would be angered and then attack?

It ignores reality, that out of 100 people you insult, there will be at least double-digit numbers of arse kickings.

Particularly if the info is true that he set this up to kill a black guy.

Perhaps the greatest simple, observational argument for Christianity.

Humans universally have a sense of how we ought to conduct ourselves, both internally and externally, and none of us can actually live up to our own standards.

Quite true.

However, if you can't recognize the gaping chasm between the degree to which we are able to sublimate our innate desires and instincts compared to even the most intelligent and social animals, I don't know what to tell you.

It all sounds great on paper, but reality shows humans can be very irrational.

Ive never hit a guy for insulting me. You probably havent either, but there's an entire underworld that would.

I agree with you.

The black guy in the story is probably guilty of assault, and I would support him being prosecuted for it.

But if the shooter really did post before the attack happened that it was his plan and his goal to bait someone into attacking him physically so that he could shoot them, he's guilty too. Probably of attempted murder.

Chud is the sacrificial lamb. Wicker man style. They are going to crucify him for what he represents. You shouldn't be attacked just for using words, but if he was actually trying to provoke a reaction so that he could shoot them. He is royally fooked. I am very ambiguous towards this case. I don't think that he will get a fair trial.
