As a black man, and speaking for my immediate family... we know no political party represents us.
FWIW, they mostly don’t represent me either.

You are fighting a relentless media on this issue. It is unfortunate.
There's something even more powerful than the media.
Lower iq people are always looking for someone they consider smart to tell them what to do. Black leaders are fricking their own by selling out this influence on the cheap, with local black leaders having a lot of pull.
Remind you of another continent?

We can rule out Antarctica, I’m sure of that much.

Howdy, and well done, to the four of you! I’m married with two kids as well (wife and I graduated from A&M in 2011 and 2010, respectively).
Wife isn’t black. Kids are mixed. Focused on raising them to combat the leftist insanity that makes it societally expedient for all nonwhites to be automatically left of center. To eschew lazy collectivism in favor of individual thought on every subject, political or otherwise. An internal locus of control is crucial in this day and age.
All the best to you and your family!

Conditioning right after the civil rights movement. Took advantage of the legit leaders of that movement being murdered and propped up puppets like John Lewis to speak on behalf of mlk.
It just fricks with my mind. Because the Democrats are currently using the same race division tactics they've always used. Democrats have always been the party of race division. They just switched black Americans they used to target with white Americans...and everyone acts like they're different.

Been seeing a lot of whining on Twitter about lack of GOP outreach. And I'm trying to understand what it is they expect the GOP to do. Look at how black Republicans are treated from Clarence Thomas and Thomas Sowell to Kimberly Klacik. They can't even get a message out before the name-calling begins. And even the white liberals are allowed to get in on the act.
On the majority of issues, they already know where the GOP stands. So what else do they want? The GOP isn't going to talk about reparations, handouts, lowered expectations, or white supremacy. Seems like they are just looking for another grifting stream.
And it's 2023, you don't have to sit around waiting on some politician to show up and make promises. If a voter wants to do something different with their vote, then do it. If a voter can't look at two candidates and figure out which one matches their agenda more, then they don't need to be voting. If the politician/party you have supported for decades hasn't done the job, do you really need to GOP to come in and blow smoke up your butt for your vote? You should already be looking at alternatives!
These clowns are just looking for something to complain about;

Down voters are democrats that think less of you than you’ll ever know. Cheers to you for working hard and kicking arse the American way.

I'm sorry man. It's hard for me to understand the things you mentioned, and I'm not black.
I can't imagine how difficult it must be for you. Most black people I know are very conservative in their stated beliefs, but then will vote Dem no matter what. I don't understand how Democrats have garnered that level of loyalty. Doesn't seem to me like they've done anything to earn it.
I'd honestly love to know how you handle these conversations so maybe I can utilize some of your arguments.

Talking to others black people aren’t even educated on any type of election they literally just go up there and vote blue for no reason other than that’s what they always have done .
My point is black people have voted blue in majority for the last 50+ years and we are still at the bottom of everything. Wouldn’t common sense say try voting a different way
You have realized what I and many others have known for years. It's encouraging more and more black Americans are waking up to the insidious and destructive game of identity politics being waged by the Dim/Groomer Party.

Noticed that, too. But, remember Joe said you aren't really black if you didn't vote for him.
