The interview I posted says the word grand jury was used. The FBI is so sad, they may have lied about this.

Random legal question: If the laptop had kiddie porn on it, as has been rumored, how could the computer repair guy have made and kept a copy of it without getting charged for possession himself?
Obviously I’m glad he had the foresight to do it regardless, but I’m surprised that thought alone wasn’t enough to deter him from retaining a copy. And since it didn’t, does that mean he got some kind of guarantee of protection, or is it more likely that (contrary to what we’ve heard) there was actually nothing on the hard drive that involved minors?

So Barr’s question to Wray is what happened to the laptops when agents received them in Dec19? What were the internal communications on them? Who saw them? Why was there no formal inquiry and follow up?

Imagine walking in your local FBI office where you live and they won't give their name or badge number/ID. I get some agents are undercover but not in field offices.
Also I noticed the FBI didn't offer witness protection, or we wouldn't be hearing any of this.
It is nuts but I think the GJ subpoena was cover so the shoppe owner stfu. And the FBI nuked the case.
Wray needs to go to the oval tomorrow and take all under him with him. Trump can call an emergency commission to appoint a new team immediately. Under the premise that POTUS no longer has any confidence in the FBI Dir. & staff----as they serve at the pleasure of the President.
It sounds like a book at this point; but appoint Sidney Powell and she can choose her deputy and entire staff.

It has to be clear to anyone at this point that large portions of the federal government, media, and technology have been weaponized against the American people and are working together to keep the corruption covered up.

Remember before this Biden stuff broke in the news an official Senate investigation report was released. SEE PAGE 5 & 6 Page 5 shows Hunter got Russian money from the former mayor of Moscow.
Where is Davy Jones to read all of it?
This is in the OP but it seems like we are all forgetting this cancels out the dems/media muh Russians is doing this to help Trump. (It was all planted on Hunter's computer by the Russians)

-The Senate investigation report pulled things from the State dept and confirmed foul play & stated prostitution or human trafficking ring.

I’m also not even all the way sure the FBI didn’t do the right thing with the info when they got it and handed it over to Durham. Why the hell else would it have been the subject of a grand jury subpoena and how would a prosecutor know it even existed to subpoena it if it hadn’t been documented in some way.
Would be interesting to know who the agent on the Ghillaine Maxwell case is. Maria also asked Johnson to connect the dots, or at least confirm that the agent signing the warrant handled pedo cases.

Yes, possession itself is a crime regardless of the reason. Rudy is not the prosecutor or investigator so he has no legal immunity for possessing it. That leads me to believe it does not contain any.
