From what I have read, they were chinese nationals, DEEPLY embedded for a decade or more. They were also compartmentalized so they did not know each other nor did their handlers know each other.
That is what alarmed the CIA, they were all taken out in quick succession which meant someone at the highest level of our own govt would have the complete list (Remember the SOURCES and methods excuse the FBI always uses to hide their tomfoolery).
They say this set us back decades in having an insider look at what is going on within the CCP.
Doubt this is on Biden, VP would have no need to have this info, and would be suspicious if he sought it out. I put this one on Hillary, State Dept would probably know these names, our embassies work hand in glove with the CIA.

Even though they didn’t know each other they all shared the same means of communication which some think became compromised. I agree Biden wouldn’t have been able to do anything directly but what if he passed a bit of the intelligence that was gathered to Hunter and Hunter passed it to the Chinese. Then that helped them narrow down to a few individuals who were surveilled and the communication method was discovered that way exposing them all. Technically they’d have been brought down by the Bidens even if not on purpose.

I guess we are getting to the point where if Democrats don’t see it in person it didn’t happen. I would imagine if you replaced the last names of those involved with Trump Democrats would be more willing to have an open mind.

I believe it. With how authoritarian China is, imo..there are definitely rebel groups over there, who are working on the down low to try and fight against the communism. Doesn't surprise me if some of these 'rebel' groups have run ops and have collected some of the material China plans to use to control foreign politicians like Biden.
It was always surreal that China mysteriously found so many of our spies in a short period of time. It was almost like someone in our country, who had access to that information... sold it to China.
