Just the opposite. Getting rid of the USD as the world's reserve currency is a major step toward Globalism. Moreover, the Chinese are already going down the road to installing a Chinese Central Bank digital currency which will eventually eliminate cash. It is being tested in some of their provinces. This, combined with their social credit scoring system, will allow the Chinese government to control all spending.
It is why tranny men are shaving and fat woman have their period underwear bleed out on their beds on TV. As well as most sitcoms woke ruined.

America, UK, Britain and Japan and the entire EU should simply say, you can either use one of our currency or Russia and China's.
No sane person would choose India and Russian money over the Dollar, Yeh, Pound and Euro.
Don't worry about China, companies are there because they want to sell there not use their money. All western places (like Hilton hotels) allow you to pay in dollars if you want. They will not want that to stop.
Russia and India are big and poor. China is big and "kinda middle".
No one would choose them over us, especially if the choice is us vs them.
Not worried.

This is my thought as well. I would make the msg very clear that any country that decides Russia and China is who they want to align economically then ALL US and European aid is ended. This is a must do.
Other than that then I have no problem with them trying to establish a separate banking system. It will fail miserably for them on a global scale.
What this does signal though is China getting ready to acknowledge their war against the west. They will need this separate banking system and then they will use it against all the countries they now have in the Belt and Road initiative. This is a wake up call for all these countries that think China is a good business partner.
