re: Check Out the New Air Force One

I hope one of those engines doesn't fall off ala MD-11 style. I'll say it - I'm not sufficiently confident America produces the best passenger jets in the world at the present time. As much as I detest Macaroni and the french, seems to me the French Airbus 380 would have been a better choice. But then that's just me.

But then we got the man in the Oval Office right now working to regain America's lead in passenger jet manufacturing.

I just hope there wasn't some anti-Trump assembly guy(s) at Boeing decided to leave out a crucial bolt assembly on them engines.

Such a fraud.

There was a new Air Force 1 that has been under construction for quite a while and was delayed.

And then there was a second jet that was a “gift” from Qatar.

My question was, Is this the delayed AF-1 or the flying palace?

Being ignorant of Engineering principles, I just don't see how those long wings hold up the weight of those two engines. Just looking at it screams break loose where the wings are attached to the fuselage. Not to even take into account the massive torque on takeoff.
