They had GF handcuffed and in the back of the SUV. The problem was he started flipping out and started trying to kick a window out. So that’s when they took him back out of the SUV put GF on the ground with the knee to the neck. And I always felt like had GF not tried to kick out that window then none of this would have ever happened. Once GF started to act violently then Chauvin subdued him so he could not hurt anyone. Chauvin had made up his mind to keep GF subdued till the Ambo arrived but with his knee cutting off the blood flow GF died before the Ambo got there. I don’t think Chauvin ever thought about his knee cutting off the blood flow to GF and him dying right there. I always thought once you add up all the factors this was a criminally negligent hom case. Race never had a thing to do with it it was a terrible accident. At the most this man deserves 2 or 3 years in jail if that. He should have lost his job and the family should be able to go after Chauvin but this was not a premeditated murder or a hate crime.

The fact that it’s taking longer makes me wonder if he got off of most of the charges, that they preparing a little more at the last minute.
