Watching Fox News, they sure seem to be hinting that he’s guilty on all charges.
You are watching Cavuto. He's CNN lite.

Chauvin did screw up. They should have hog tied his dumb arse and threw him face down in the backseat.
Let nature take its course.

Then you never end up on the ground in handcuffs.
the common sense I was referring to was that expected of the person who was employed, not the drug addict.

To be fair, everyone in the history of the world who has been killed would have later died. So this isn’t really a great standard to apply
Sounds like you’re angry at fentanyl.

fricking Biden is going to speak after the verdict.
Posted on 4/20/21 at 3:56 pm to udtiger
Uh yeah it does. You’re saying if something is “remotely possible” then you acquit.
If something isn’t remotely possible then that is by definition “beyond all doubt”
God damn you people are stupid

They promised to give him his tapioca pudding early if he spoke.

How TF would Fox News know?
The fact that the deliberated for less than half a day tells you it’s guilty

Killing someone
Killing someone means causing their death.
Murdering someone means you intended to cause their death.
You should not be convicted of murder if the prosecutor fails prove you caused someone death.
Prosecution fails to prove that you caused death if there is a reasonable doubt as to whether the guy would be dead from a fentanyl overdose anyway

Biden will use this as the “first step to healing the racial divide” they want us to have.

I'll be shocked if he's not found guilty on at least one.
They want blood for a thug because of a false narrative.
Maxine's word's and the media doxxing the jurors have tainted this process.
George Floyd is the only person guilty of his death.

Still in all - Reasonable doubt- he intended to restrain him - not to assault him.
Further, without causation you can’t even prove manslaughter or some other lesser charge. Even negligence
True, but they will convict him of something just to kick the can down the road.
He will probably get off on appeal. I think there will be plenty of reasons to be granted an appeal (like Aunt Maxipad).
They are hoping a guilty verdict only results in a couple nights of rioting. Whereas a not guilty would be weeks and most probably spill over into other cities.
