It’s important to remember this election the numbers will be going opposite of 2020. Kamala will start with a lead in PA, since they are adding the EV first, but the number will whittle down as the night goes on.

Why are we the only developed/ Western nation on earth that cannot simply have election results in 24 hours? It is not difficult to accomplish at all. These “new methods” aka mail in voting, should be required to be received by a certain date prior to Election Day. All early votes should be tabulated prior to Election Day. Again, it’s not hard unless you want it to be.

What’s the chance she shows up at her rally that night if it’s evident she’s lost?
Or does she send out a surrogate like Hillary did?

0%. It doesn't matter how far ahead Trump may be. I don't think we will ever actually see a concession speech from either of them.

I also don't expect the media or states call any of the swing states until Thursday or Friday, again, no matter how far ahead Trump may be in either of them.
