A blockade is only effective if we force their wells to shut in, or they think we will. An on-again, off-again blockade achieves very little

You could not be more wrong.

These are two areas that are not your strengths anyway…:

- accurate information
- processed logically

I disagree, I don't think most here were really excited for this, i think most knew this had a much bigger "bust" than "boom" chance. I support Trump but I didn't support this, the timing was terrible, Bibi been pushing for this for 20 years. Leftists forget that Hillary flat out said she'd attack if elected and Kamala said something very similar, dems would've done this if they'd gotten in power

Im normally not a real big fan of that strategy.. but if ya boy Trump had just done that at the start, he would look a whole less like the chump and the fraud that he actually is by hemming & hawing and pussyfooting around like he's been doing .

The fact that some of y'all think it's some inside joke says a lot about the average level of logical thought and comprehension around here .

and by logical of course you mean

1) deranged with TDS and
2) armed with zero knowledge of the actual, tactical or military situation as it relates to where Iran stood nuclear capability and otherwise.

but yeah, real logical conclusions "you" came to.

Bibi will welcome renewed U.S. pressure on Tehran and frame it as completing the work of degrading Iran’s military capabilities.

In his defense Trump didn't have a choice after the Islamic Republic of Japan attacked. His own words mind you.

That's scary. I mean Muslims make up .3% of the Japanese population and they've taken over the government.

Jokes aside, we'll hit some targets in Iran, they'll Shaheed anything we have left that's close to them into oblivion (we suck at drone warfare defense), everyone will pay more at the gas pumps, some folks will get rich off oil prices, and then Trump will declare peace again.

It's Iran that has been at war with us since 1979. Do you even know where the EFPs (explosively formed penetrators) that killed and maimed thousands of Americans came from?

What about Beirut? Multiple embassy attacks? The USS Cole? Khobar towers?

But yeah, it's the Jews that made us do it. Try learning to spell the name of the country that controls the weather and uses space lasers to make your life miserable.

The joke isn't about the Beach Boys, it's about a John McCain off the cuff comment at a town hall meeting that went viral when that term actually meant something. And it was used against him in his campaign against Obama.

NBC News

quote:

Republican presidential contender John McCain, known for having a quirky sense of humor, joked about bombing Iran at a campaign appearance this week.

In response to an audience question about military action against Iran, the Arizona senator briefly sang the chorus of the surf-rocker classic “Barbara Ann.”

“That old, eh, that old Beach Boys song, Bomb Iran,” he said in jest Wednesday, chuckling with the crowd. Then, he softly sang to the melody: “Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, anyway, ah ...” The audience responded with more laughter.

His quip was prompted by a man in the audience who asked: “How many times do we have to prove that these people are blowing up people now, nevermind if they get a nuclear weapon, when do we send ‘em an airmail message to Tehran?”

The campaign stop was in Murrells Inlet, S.C.

quote:

The episode echoed President Reagan’s 1984 quip at the height of the nuclear arms race when he said: “My fellow Americans, I’m pleased to tell you today that I’ve signed legislation that will outlaw Russia forever. We begin bombing in five minutes.”

Reagan was testing a microphone before his regular Saturday radio address.

The latter of these events sparked an international incident.

Now go enjoy your pudding. You aren't nearly as intelligent or well-read as you think.

Then what was the information and what was the logical progression to the conclusion?
