After Israel struck Sites in Beirut last night Iran has responded with 6 different launches toward Israel. Israel has said they will respond and are trying to get the go ahead from Trump to strike Iran energy locations.

Trump Should tell Israel to chill and not retaliate. Seems like Israel will use this to get the US back involved. Trump needs to tell Iran the US isn’t involved but if they hit US bases it is game over for Iran.

I'm starting to get very tired of our Israeli allies. They march to the beat of their own drum and then complain when the world doesn't support them. I understood what they did in the aftermath of October 7, I don't understand what they are trying to do here.

Despite what has been said by Donald, there has been no ceasefire involving Hezbollah and Hezbollah has continued launching missiles into Israel throughout the "ceasefire" that included Israel and Lebanon.
The Lebanese government cannot control the terrorist regime in it's own country. What is Israel supposed to do here?

It’s such a tight rope to walk here… 90% of Iranian citizens hate the regime.
It would be ideal If there was a way to precisely kill the mullahs and military leaders.

As well they should. Bomb them into dust.

Incoming Trump post:

At the request of my great friend and very admired leader Pakistan’s Field Marshall Mohammad, we will not be ending the cease fire. It was a big misunderstanding. The Iranians want a deal! The best deal is coming soon! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Ceasefire agreement, then Lebanon strikes Israel.
“But Lebanon wasn’t a part of the ceasefire agreement.”
Ok, Israel strikes Lebanon back in retaliation. Iran (who is part of the ceasefire agreement) then strikes Israel for its attack on Lebanon.
What would you do if you were Israel?
Edit to correct: not Lebanon, but Hezbollah from Lebanon

This is why we should have never let this thing get kicked off. Israel has different objectives than the United States. Hezbollah is attacking Israel and Israel by all means should retaliate. There was never a chance of a ceasefire holding.

The thing to do is to take out the energy pipeline, the transformer stations and main supply line ... not the power plants themselves.
Turn the lights out, cut the refrigeration off and the ability to pump gas and diesel out of the underground tanks.
Don't hit the actual fuel or oil pipelines. That's a big no no.

Why wouldn't we know where the launch sites are, and take them out. Sooner or later, they have to run out

I don't think Trump can really tell Israel what to do. If anything, it seems to be the reverse.

Yeah, it’d be interesting to see how much consistency of opinion there’d be if the U.S. was the one absorbing the pot shots while being told by a larger, more powerful ally and its citizens to just shut the frick up and take it while they worked on a deal.

without the do you think our original strike would have taken out the entire IRGC COMMND??
Israel has agents embedded where we would never go = they are invaluable in our dealings with tat region.

Complicating the whole mess is that it isn't even "Lebanon". We have spent — pointlessly in my opinion — weeks now working to negotiate a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon, yet Lebanon is has no power or control over the attacks directed at Israel. Hezbollah leadership has not been a party to any of these negotiations. Being that Hezbollah is the aggressor, the ceasefire negotiations between Israel and representatives of the Lebanese government mean absolutely nothing.
I have no idea why we continue with the farce that these particular negotiations matter.

Israel should and will continue to do whatever they want. But they shouldn’t be surprised that an organization they funded for years to divide Lebanon (Hezbollah), is being used against them. They also shouldn’t be surprised that there has been resistance from the Lebanese people ever since Israel first started trying to occupy Lebanon in the early 1980s.
