The ceasefire never really started. We were the only side observing any ceasefire. Iran and Hezbollah sure didn’t.

Pres Trump needs to say our objective was met,destroying their ability to make nukes,and pull out of there.Let Israel continue to deal with this with help from any mid east allies.If the U.S. starts bombing again this will escalate to a possible full blown war.IRAN WILL NEVER SURRENDER,the radicals are still in charge.

You know this but Trump can never say it. Essentially he bit off more than he could chew and he leaves all of the Gulf States vulnerable to a missile and drone infested Iran. Add loss of control of the straits. It is as though their (Iran's) planning was perfect for the scenario that has transpired.

But they weren't attacking neighbors before we started our stuff. Do I think they want to be the regional superpower that a nuke would have enabled them? Yes. And maybe in time they would have been. But Trump has tried to kill their nuclear ambitions. But if we need to tuck tail and leave because the situation is messier than we thought it would be? Well shame on us.
Add another Iranian goal. To get us to abandon our Middle East bases. Time will tell.

1) because they were not attacking them when we started our stuff does not equate to those countries not being vulnerable to Irans missiles and drones
2) Not maybe. They would have been. Already were as it related to the region (hence the vulnerability)
3) And you have no idea where they were on that timeline arc. You simply don’t believe what you’re being told by those in a position to know. Which is your choice. I imagine you also believe that Obama and Biden did something to stop and or slow down this process which is also your choice

If we want peace then this is what deal we should offer to Iran.
Give us uranium, sign a non proliferation agreement for nuclear weapons and open the strait. We will lift sanctions and pull all financial and military support of Israel. We will sign a defense agreement with both Iran and Israel stating we will defend either from initial aggression. There is to be no attacks from this point from either. The first one to fire after this point will face the wrath of the U.S. military
