The Halloween decorations aren't scary, but her response is. In her mind, this display should be illegal and the perpetrator should face consequences. The government should be empowered to punish this individual for speech she finds offensive.

In the 90s i had neighbors mad because i put up a sign that said spook house and had people hanging from the trees. It wasnt racial and I had a black guy with a chainsaw chasing people. But i learned then halloween decor triggers some.
