In Oklahoma at my elevation (roughly 800'ASL) ice starts melting at about 29°.
Anything colder than that and it's no dice. But sunlight plays a factor. I was clearing ice and snow from the lot at work on Sunday and never got above 18° but the thaw was on with the sun out.

Interesting, some people loved and lauded her not long ago and now some of the same people wish she’d be quiet. I’m not speaking of you personally, just generally what I read about her.
