Not a leftists but I've observed them for a couple of decades now...



Leftists pushing this ideology operate strictly on a spectrum of "deep down, the very foundation of every culture is to get along with every other culture in peace and harmony". That spectrum ranges from the ignorance of having experienced other cultures only from at least 1,000 miles away to willfully denying reality the reality that some cultures are based on being completely incompatible with other cultures (demanding people from other cultures adopt their culture, even if they have to use violence to enforce that). Thus, if you see other cultures differently you're simply some level of xenophobic (from "scared" to "literally Hitler"). This xenophobia applies only to members of Western culture.

They do this, largely, from the privilege of living in a Western society. They see people from other cultures in the US and assume their level of Westernization is endemic to their culture as a whole. What we see as the foundation of the culture, they can only see as "bad actors" (this is demanded by their philosophical stance, because considering anything negative about other cultures would then mean they are xenophobic).

Along with this, they view Western culture as being "oppressive, white, Christian and male". They demand Western cultures adopt people from other cultures and then conform to the cultural needs of those other people, but will staunchly defend the near-xenophobic level of other cultures to resist any change coming from the presence of those from other cultures (especially Western cultures).

This is why we saw the big push in Europe to accept the massive migration of Muslims from the Middle East and North Africa while totally denying that many from those areas would be more and more intolerant of their host culture (that intolerance increasing as their numbers increased as that swelling population more insulates them from acclimating).

This is inaccurate and a very narrow view of multiculturalism. What you’re responding to is a relatively recent influence of cultural Marxists who disrupt, deconstruct, and destroy.

Multiculturalism requires the celebration and utilization of diverse thought, customs, and practices while being open and honest about the inhumane and anti-democratic elements of each. Different groups bring different forms and ideas of social and cultural capital, which when considered for their positives should only strengthen Democratic practices in a liberal (freedom not political ideology) society.

America has experienced unprecedented growth and strength because of our ability to resist one or narrow ways of knowing and doing.

The current zeitgeist in America seems to be pushing a very gay, neo-liberal, marxist global culture that despises the traditional American Christian heritage. But there is no way for both of these cultures to coexist with eachother.

Traditional American culture is far superior to the 3rd world cultures these people are coming from. This is just a fact, the results are in the pudding and from the fruits that they bear.

Anyone coming here from those crap countries should have two choices, assimilate into our superior culture and accept its values, culture, religion, etc. Or stay their arse put in their sh*tyy country that doesn't create anything of value.

We don't need the beauty and wisdom from cultures of people who couldn't figure out how to create the wheel.
