Remember, it's a living Constitution. It means whatever they want it to mean. Wickard vs. Filburn, Kelo vs New London, we're just cogs in the progressive machine that lurches ever onward.

I didn’t say you posted the thread. Just that you were duped by the clickbait media. Not surprising, of course.

I can’t find any info on this bill. Can someone post a link to it? Thx in advance!

SCOTUS just said they have citizen rights as soon as they clear the vagina
Well, the vagina is property of the state. Is why it is illegal to sell in 49 states.

Sodom and Gomorrah.
God won't let this last much longer if we start killing newborns just for being newborns

That is only for babies with absurdly bad abnormalities, a human who can only know pain and suffering. One eyeball type stuff. Yeah, I'm ok with it
So only having one eyeball is an absurdly bad abnormality to you? There was nothing worse you could think of besides that in order to prove your point?
You're friggin weird bruh.

Absolutely no way this can be legal. None

Well that only addressed U.S. citizenship.
States can apply there own homicide laws.
But it's a logical entailment that a citizen has to be a human being.
So, sure, they can write their own homicide laws, but they're now going to have to amend them to include an exception for just born human beings.
Legally they probably have the ability to do so. But the mask comes all the way off at that point.

They are that stupid. Every poster that commented about how evil it is/etc is that stupid. Takes one brain cell to realized CA didn't pass a law saying you can abort/kill someone up to 28 days after birth; takes two brain cells to discover the legislation (which is old news) and what it actually says.
They are literally too stupid to realize it.

Why use "perinatal" in the bill?
From Websters: "The term "perinatal" refers to the period immediately before and after birth. While definitions vary slightly, it broadly spans from conception to up to a year after childbirth. It encompasses both antenatal (before birth) and postnatal (after birth) stages."
Why not use "antenatal" instead?

Any doctor who assists in this should be charged with murder, because that is what it is.
