I haven't read much so correct me if I'm wrong, but the law doesn't specify by sexual orientation, rather by type of sex. Vaginal sex is all that it is covered, whereas now oral and anal are covered. I guess limiting it to vaginal is de facto limiting it to heterosexual but that's not what the law said.

IMO the law is far too broad as is, and broadening it is even worse. I think there should be some discretion for the judge, for the same reason I am against mandatory minimums.

The posters on this forum (and this thread) can generally be grouped into one of two categories: (1) those who can and DO read and understand the issue at hand and (2) those who react like emotional children to clickbait nonsense posted specifically to GET them to react like emotional children.

Sadly, the latter usually far out-number the former.
