US law overrides state laws

Seems this is a clear violation of constitutional rights - I’m hopeful we see a lawsuit over this oppressive law

Nick Shirley is one of the few honest journalists in the country. No wonder Dems and the corrupt state of California are afraid of him.

The largest state (in terms of population) in the US has to pass a law to "stop" a lone 24 year old.

Every Federal taxpayer dollar going to the State of California for anything at all should be stopped. If the California Dems want to make it illegal for anyone to investigate and look into fraud then they need no Federal money for anything.

Eager to see how long Judge Boasberg's injunction takes for such a blatant violation of our Constitution

Such a shame.
They should pass a "stop democrat fraud" act.

Well this CA law should really help Gavin Newsom’s campaign for POTUS. Anyone think this will slap him in the face in a debate?

I’m sure the ACLU is writing up a legal challenge at the moment in 1st Amendment grounds.
