I think we’re supposed to call this “populism”.

They are already rich, they are not in government to enrich theirselves.

What billionaires are in the cabinet?
Elon in DOGE is all I know of. That will be a positive effect for the taxpayers if he does some of what he wants.

One of those billionaires took a huge loss to give us free speech. I’ll take those considering w/out free speech we are no longer America.

Is there any cabinet member that is a billionaire?

Do you think that millionaires are much more connected to American everyday life?
Dumbfrick.

Good point. We need a cabinet who have made it the good old American way : employment in government and professorships their entire adult lives.

Almost none of them were born rich. It’s a good thing to have people that know how to become extremely successful and can show the nation how to achieve that. It’s called leadership.

Why wouldn’t you want the best minds in the cabinet? I could understand if you believe their intentions to be bad but giving them the chance to run this country like a business certainly gives us the outlook of American prosperity

So you think bureaucrats who have never built anything are better positioned to create an upward mobile economy? Give me a freaking break dude.

Unless your talking teaching Americans how to trade currencies and create financial crises.....then Bessent is a good choice.
Actually like Howard Lutnick at Commerce. Smart guy
Burgrum at Interior ....he'd be better someplace else , he's definitely NOT stupid.
Rubio is not a billionaire and he's probably a very good pick.
But then you have the celebrity talking head , Fox darlings picks in key important positions like Hegseth, Noem, Gabbard and Bondi. I 'll leave Duffy out.

A pay cut? They’re much more valuable than they were just a few months ago.
They are more valuable now only in their value to us as American citizens. Their net worth has certainly taken a hit from them stepping up though.
