The demorats still are in charge of the senate. McConnell, thune, Collins, Murkowski, Romney, Kennedy, Cornyn, etc. the Demorats have a filibuster proof majority.

The Senate is 50-49 D without Feinstein, no? And will be back to 51-49 when her seat gets filled
