Ok….you will install paper ballots, voter id, and same day voting along with same day results. You will use all funds for dei and illegals to fund the restoration along with terminating all laws and policies supporting them state wide. You will terminate all woke and green laws that are detrimental to California citizens. Once all is completed the federal government will assess the needs of the citizens and award grants/loans for the remaining rebuild.
I will get any lawyer other than SFP to draw up the conditions. For a small fee of course!

I would tell him, Give a me a plan and a schedule. I will have professionals study and approve, but only if the project is completed on schedule.

Newsom needs to agree to divert any spending on the stupid boondoggle high speed rail project to disaster relief first.
Any city in CA that declared itself a sanctuary city, exempt from some federal laws, will not benefit from federal funds unless they repeal sanctuary status.
Newsom needs to remove all red tape that might prevent utility companies from burying as much of the power lines that are now above ground.
