I agree with you VOR. I’d add halal to the options if I owned a restaurant in that area.

I am aware of this hand slaughtering ritual that the Muslim population has. They asked the company I worked for to do so. Company said sure. You provide the labor and stay within animal welfare laws and we will do it. They politely said just package it and we will tell our costumers that it was slaughtered that way.
