Obviously they don't have enough mass surveillance cameras. Should we require state run cameras at every house? In every car?

This is the biggest mystery to me. Why doesn't the press call them out on this?
This Dana Bash interview is the only one I could find with an eye witness. Despite having "locked eyes" with the killer. He refuses to describe him.

-Bash seemed to know that she couldn't press the witness. Otherwise she would have said: "You said you locked eyes with him. You can't tell us anything? Are you sure it was a man? Was he White, Black, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, Asian? Tall, short, skinny, fat? Student-aged or older? Facial hair? What was he wearing? Did he have a hat, gloves, or glasses?"

Whoever taking always surrounded by a squad.

Many people saw this guy and survived the shooting. He did not appear to be wearing a ninja outfit or be some sort of shapeshifter.
But two days later, we have a bunch of silence and no clear images, artist sketches or anything of this dude. It didn't happen in a back alley at 3:37 a.m.
It was at a major urban university in broad daylight. That screams that officials are trying to run cover for something -- either who he is or what he shouted.
I'm not saying it's fishy they don't have anybody in custody two days later -- that part is believable. But no name, no be on the lookout for this guy....

And there is no parking on that campus. You can narrow it down by traffic cameras if someone drove into the area and left at close to the time the one security camera had him walking out of the building.
Basically, did he walk to a car or another building.
The FBI already did geofencing. So he defeated that by starting on campus and never leaving? ding ding ding
