In fact, the only sex based crimes that whites are OVER represented in are the non contact crimes such as possession of child pornography. Whites are over represented by about 8%.

When it comes to contact crimes against children, blacks are over represented in the range of 40% or so. That's touching, rape, incest, etc. When it comes to physical abuse and neglect, beatings, murder, drug intoxication, the numbers go up even higher.

I think that could be a mitigating factor. I’m not saying everyone convicted should be put to death. But there are some truly heinous and evil people who run kidnapping networks to facilitate it and guys who violently abduct and attack children. It should be reserved for those cases.

If you’re going through a divorce and your wife gets your kid to say you touched them, of course you shouldn’t be put to death (or maybe even convicted).

But the threat of death should be there for the most egregious cases.
