We can kill bacteria. No one is claiming otherwise. Scientists do say bacteria is proof of life. But they also know it’s not human life. Literally no one claims bacteria is human life.
Activists claim a living fetus is not life. Activists are retarded.
I don’t understand why this is hard for you. Are you struggling with literal meaning of words in a meme?

No, I got it.
There are two errors.
1.) Pro-abortion people don't think a heartbeat isn't evidence of life.
2.) It places the crux of the abortion issue on whether something is "life" or not, why else would we care that a heartbeat = "life"? Going on that criteria, you cannot kill anything alive (even bacteria, since it's, hur dur, "life").
The criteria you're looking for is "human life", which a fetus still is. But wtf does that have to do with single cells on Mars (assuming they exist) being called "life"?
I will say this, the first 6 words of that meme are very true for its creator and you.

I think you missed an even bigger point, if you kill the bacteria, you killed the bacteria…..I don’t think the pro-life argument applies to every life form on the planet. Killing bacteria and killing babies aren’t comparable.
