I can’t do the reading for you.

Maybe I am misunderstanding you. But for you to say the Supreme Court has said/held/whatever that there are no differences between citizens and noncitizens is absurd on its face - no reading necessary.
There are quite a lot of differences between the two. A lot of protections afforded citizens that are not available to noncitizens. A lot of rights available to citizens that are not available to noncitizens - and on and on. . .

Just wondering why one judges opinion is sacrosanct, but the law itself isn’t merely because it hasn’t been used in a long time.

Nope, not a claim. It's a fact. We absolutely do not have time to give every illegal immigrant a day in court if we want this country to survive. FACT.
Unfortunately, repeating “FACT” does not establish something as a fact.

Sure. Just like Biden was.

Edit l: I forgot to add “FACT”.

Well, one guy is breaking out statutes that haven't been used in 100 years.
The age isn’t relevant. But there’s no doubt Trump has tried to do more with executive action than any president thst I can remember. Given that, by design, the exec is weak… it should be a surprise he going to get challenged. I’ve been saying since the campaign, Trump needs legislative help. Badly, or he won’t have any lasting effect from this term. Just like the first term.

Unfortunately, it seems his legislative agenda is DOA.

Its not. The matter hasn’t even been settled in lower courts yet. The MAGA folks are fully prepared to fold, tho.

Hey, at least you didn’t ChatGPT that one. You’re now debating like a sophomore in high school You even capitalized “Demand”. It’s the wrong word and nonsensical, but you’re trying.

And you are proud of the fact that your pregnant wife got a social experiment injection so sit down.

Saying something isn't a fact doesn't mean it isn't. It is obviously impossible to deport all illegal aliens in 4 years if each of them gets an appeals process. You cannot dispute this fact.

Someone should have let the White House and DOGE know that before they fired 20 new judges, halted the staffing of new courts that were supposed to open, and just announced they are cutting the BIA down.

Further they tried to tell judges to pre terminate asylum cases that are “deficient” with no other guidance. Thats about to open up a whole other set of lawsuits.

They are really starting to step on their own dicks here.

The judge just inserted that he can't be deported to, and only to, his country of origin (which is against the wishes of Congress expressed in laws) creating the situation where if he is deported, no matter where, it would be an "illegal" deportation. If he was deported to El Salvador, it was against this judges ruling; if it was to anywhere else but country of origin, it was against Congress' wishes.

Why do people say so factually incorrect stuff so confidently. Withholding of Removal is literally statutory meaning it was created by Congress. A judge doesn’t just get to just decide where a person can or can’t be deported, they have to follow statute.

You have 3 options:

1) Staff until the backlog is addressed; 2) Violate the INA and the SCOTUS case law granting various levels due process to non-citizens and deport everyone with no hearing; or
3) Rewrite the INA.

2/3 are feasible.

The Constitution requires anyone on U.S. soil to be given due process. Whether we like it or not.

Problem with this option is the activist judges who won't rule in line with the law and the admin's goals.

Immigration judges and BIA judges are all administrative law judges. Trump can hire them as he pleases without needing advice and consent of Congress. If he were to hire lefties activist judges that’s on him.

Which is what makes this entire "fight" stupid. This is surface level "due process" at best. The people crying about due process are clearly just advocating for the illegals.
