that's correct, because we aren't mentally ill nut jobs like yourself. No, we are not in constant fear of having our Welfare taken away like yourself. We aren't constantly trying to bring in more illegal criminals in order to get them signed up to vote (which you gladly vote for them). We don't support murderers/rapists, or illegal gang members. We believe in God, Family, Hard work and supporting ourself. So, you are correct, it will never make sense to the good law abiding citizens out there. Hopefully Karma will come to you, in large portions. God has a way of squaring things with people like you.

So are they saying each illegal has to get Due Process ?

This will tie the courts up for the next 10 years

They can come in illegally with no process but we can't throw them out without due process ?

Thought USSC said just a few weeks back that this could be used to removed them?

Assuming this is specific to this group for some reason? I know ACLU filed multiple lawsuits

That’s correct. The US Fifth Circuit declined to act fast enough so these leftwing activists took their cause to SCOTUS and were able to get a temporary pause from a bleeding heart justice.

Remember waaayyy back when all of the vaccine suits were thrown out due to "no standing"? How does the ACLU has standing over illegal aliens? Shouldn't it be the personal attorney representing the individual illegal?

It makes perfect sense to a liberal like yourself who has more in common with a Venezuelan immigrant than most Americans. I hope you get culturally enriched

Excellent point. How IS the ACLU alleging that IT will be harmed?

"come in illegally no process.....can't throwout". That statement describes the problem exactly.

the same level of review should apply both ways. Thats what needs fixing

Meanwhile, this same SCOTUS was fine with allowing the theft of the 2020 election, vaccine mandates in the military, and the sentencing of the President Elect on trumped up charges.

So... you are saying those things SHOULD make sense to us? Please explain how they "make sense" to you.

Low iq illegal immigrants have more rights than actual American citizens.

We are so screwed.

Am I reading that little piece in OP right that it’s temporarily until a response is given?

Yes, and no.

Boasberg made a big deal in his hearing decrying he didn't have jurisdiction and openly bitching the 5th Circuit was not acting on the ACLU's injunction request.

So he gets his way, even though he is not the sitting judge. Guess being big buddies with Roberts pays off.

As for the merits? Who knows? You can pretty much bet the Dominican girl will vote anti-American, so as per it will be Roberts.

The Dems wanted their constitutional crisis...and it looks like they may be about to get it.

You would think our resident legal experts (with access to the bat phone w/ any Supreme Court releases) would have been on here explaining ad nauseam what all of this meant.

But no, they are asleep on the job, again.

Isn't the ACLU just the attorneys acting on behalf of the putative class?

I already explained to this fricktard yesterday that “inalienable rights” and “God” aren’t in the constitution yet he keeps applying quotes as if it is. I sent him a link to the full PDF of the constitution which he obviously has never read.

I honestly don't know, and am enjoying Saturday morning too much to look it up.
Sounds plausible...

That is constitutionally reserved to Congress. Trump can’t just say “I declare war!”

The SCOTUS made a very simple, logical solution complicated. If you come in illegally, you have to leave. That should be common sense to anyone in every country across the globe. You can't just move in with no paperwork. I get asked for IDs all the time, but if I was an illegal alien, they'd just sell me alcohol or a new car anyway?

That’s what I don’t get - why we don’t cast out every single illegal. Why should they be given due process when they aren’t subject to our constitution due to them being under foreign jurisdiction?

Appoint as many immigration judges as possible. I think the USA has enough lawyers. Hell I would come out of retirement to do it. I’ll give so much due process a day it will make your head spin.
