FISA should be reformed to better protect privacy. It is not unlawful to use the flawed existing law to conduct counter-intelligence ops. If the Carter Page warrant is the weakest spot in the FBI's conduct it doesn't bode well for the fruit of the poisonous tree hopes a lot of people around here are hanging their hopes on.
