The issue is adjudicated ballots. Lake’s lawyers might not have figured it out. I don’t care if they have or not.

Makes sense.
But on adjudicated ballots, it was discussed at some length at trial. It's not the smoking gun some believe it to be based on the fact there weren't enough to make up the difference.

How many adjudicated ballots were there?

Judge made his decision before the trial even started.

Amen. It has nothing to do with the merits of the case; even the progs on here know the election was more screwed up than a football bat, from several angles

There are always technical glitches in an election. If your standard is there will never be an issue of any sort, then you will never be happy with an election. They are ran by humans so there naturally be mistakes and errors. As long as it’s not enough to change the result, which there is zero proof anything that happened here came close to making up a 17k deficit, then the election stands. That’s how it works. You don’t redo everything because of issues that don’t change the result.
We'll never know because the courts are absolutely scared shitless of really digging into the evidence and claims of election fraud and shenanigans. The global reputation of US federal elections being the gold standard is on the line and there's likely no judge who wants to get sucked into that shite show.. Can you imagine the hesitancy of any judge mulling over a decision to take on the LWO DC Establishment and their enforcers in the FBI/DOJ? Because ultimately that's who any judge who decides to allow a case to proceed dealing with election shenanigans would be butting heads with.

The truth is I have “CNN Breaking News” alerts on my phone and this came through as one of them.

Me too!
But I first got the news from a friend (registered Independent btw) who excitedly texted me about it

Muh Stolen Election fails again. What a fricking surprise.
Eventually, The Cult has to understand that the people just don't want their pathetic RINO candidates, right?

Plaintiff needed to prove by clear and convincing evidence, each element to be entitled to relief: That the alleged misconduct – whether the BOD printer irregularities, or the ostensible failure to abide by county election procedures – was an intentional Findley, 35 Ariz. at 269.
"clear and convincing” means that the evidence is highly and substantially more likely to be true than untrue.

Or the judge simply took a bribe. Can you imagine how much Soros money would get thrown at him to keep AZ from being the first Domino?

purjury was committed in the trial LIVE in testimony.
should the lawyers have pounced on this, or should the act have spoken for itself?
it matters not
it looks like the court will sanction Kari Lake LINK
how dare anyone question the establishment or Hobbs!

This right here... In this case they would had to have open and shut evidence.. Like someone openly admitting they cheated to have a new election.. These voters won't admit they were wrong but they will be punching their pillows at night..
The possibility exists that he wanted to toss Lake a bone and hear the case knowing she would appeal his decision. He might think the right thing was to get her a new election but didn’t want to be the one to pull the trigger confident that she’d win on appeal.
I know that sounds a lot like a conspiracy theory but at this point who knows.

They have already sanctioned her and her attorneys for other frivolous suits that were thrown out. Why do you think she has been begging for money?

Nothing will change until the unrighteous are confronted by those who seek and demand righteousness.....it will eventually happen and the vast majority of Americans will be caught completely off guard. We caught a brief glimpse on J6.

Probably half of the republicans out there want to put the toothpaste back in the tube and act like Bush was on their side.
They sleep easier that way, but they are fricking their kids and grandkids.

As opposed to by a preponderance of the evidence. Virtually impossible to ever win a lawsuit contesting an election. Not much time to collect evidence and a very high burden of proof. Clear and convincing is almost as heavy a burden as beyond a reasonable doubt.
