Cummings did more with a Howard U Poly-Sci degree than any that came before him.
Side note: if you are ever in Baltimore, and get sick, do not go to Johns Hopkins. The place is a MIRSA factory. My father died while under their care, and the infection he acquired there is just one thing they did to hasten his demise. RIP 'Ligha.
