I have not read the ruling but I anticipate a few things
Forst, this was a civil trial not criminal and it resulted in someone losing federal rights. Can't believe anybfed court lets that stand
Second, isn't this the same court that twice let the actions against the baker stand only to be smacked down by scotus.
It is not possible but I wish SCOTUS would write in the opinion that these judges should be referred to the judicial qualification committee to have their licenses revoked .

6 voters in Colorado brought this suit and it was heard. Scores of voters from various states brought suits challenging the 2020 election, yet court after court ruled they had no standing.
Yet 6 people from Colorado can keep Trump’s name off of the ballot for something he allegedly did on Jan. 6th that aggrieved none of these six people in any way.

But even Frank Luntz is saying that this will help Trump in the polls and a majority of Americans know it is get OMB dumb.
The MSM, MSN headline news is saying that Thomas WILL HAVE TO RECUSE from all cases regarding Trump because of Ginny---- hoping it sticks.
It is sad that so many hate America and love fake wars. They are the minority using the media, DOJ, State Dept, FBI and so on... to act like the majority.

The decision is stayed until SCOTUS reviews it. Unless SCOTUS accelerates it's reviewing process and rules on the case before January 24th, Trumps name will be on the Colorado ballet. Alot of noise that more than likely will affect nothing,

The Colorado appellate court knows this, that’s why they put this self-stay into their 4-3 ruling. It’s a politically correct way of giving the optics of telling their tribe, ‘hey we’re with you,’ without the ramifications of the political backlash. In other words, psychological lawfare stuff – intended for media consumption.
Making the issue that much better for Donald Trump, the efforts of the Prescott-Bush clan (look it up – they live in CO) will backfire bigly. The public backlash against a judicial ruling that interferes with the right of the citizens to determine their own election candidates plays perfectly into the sunlight operation against the Lawfare left.
This backlash will be epic, albeit hidden by MSNBC and the rest of the insufferable media. Why? Because it doesn’t fit the Lawfare narrative.
